In April of 2024 the Royal Canadian Air Force will be celebrating its centennial!

There will be a variety of celebratory events all across Canada, but right here in the Comox Valley there is a huge undertaking underway: the 19 Wing Centennial 2024 Project. The Project is centred on the expansion and improvement of the Comox Air Force Museum’s Heritage Air Park. This will include a larger footprint, better fencing, refurbishing some aircraft, and a new and more welcoming gate. The jewel in the crown, however, will be the creation of a shelter for our Vampire. For more information on this initiative click here.
