Saturday, August 23rd from 10am to 4pm

Bring a picnic and learn about your RCAF history! Aircraft open to the public: Aurora, Buffalo, Labrador, Piasecki, Sea King and the T-33 Silver Star. Volunteer guides will be available to answer your questions and provide history of the aircraft and RCAF.

Purchase exclusive RCAF and Museum merchandise at our souvenir tent and visit  the 1726 Canadian Scottish Regiment (Comox) Royal Canadian Army Cadet Corps, the Typhoon Project and HMCS Alberni museum booths. 19 Wing Air Reserve will also be present to provide information and recruiting guidance for the Canadian Armed Forces.

Local band, Tapestry, will be performing from 1pm til 4pm to raise funds for cancer research and provide a musical backdrop to the day. The band consists of Sherri Smith on Bass and vocals, Debbie Houton on ukulele, tambourine and vocals, and Todd Phillips on guitar and vocals.
