The Annual General Meeting of the Comox Valley Air Force Museum Association will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 4, 2017, in the theatre, Building 11 (Museum main building), 19 Wing Comox.
This is an opportunity for the members to receive Association financial reports for the financial year now ended, discuss the proposed budget for the new financial year, hear the President’s report, to ratify action by the Directors since AGM 2016, to receive a report on Museum operations over the past year, to elect new Directors and to consider any other business which may properly be brought before the meeting. A formal agenda, the Minutes of AGM 2016, and the financial documents will be provided at the meeting. In addition, members will have an opportunity to renew their memberships.
